Ronald Lee Spradlin, age 52, of Whitley City, KY passed away on Saturday February 28, 2015 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital.
He was born on May 30, 1962 in Cincinnati, OH to the late Ronald E. Spradlin and Glenda Kay Mallone Stephens. He was of Christian Faith and enjoyed four wheeling, camping, the outdoors, and mechanic work.
Ronald was preceded in death by his Father; Ronald E. Spradlin, a Step Father; Ray Stephens and one brother; Dewayne Spradlin.
He is survived by a care giver and former wife; Pamela Kay Davis of Pine Knot, KY., his Mother; Glenda Kay Stephens, two sons; Steven (and Carrie) of Somerset, KY. and Michael (and Kimberly) Spradlin of Pine Knot, KY., two brothers; Floyd Ray Stevens Jr. of Evansville, IN and Bobby Stevens of Whitley City, KY., three sisters; Sandy Spradlin (and Judy Wilson) of Winfield, TN., Misty Stephens of Williamsburg, KY., and Cristy Stephens of Winfield, TN. He is also survived by three grandchildren; Caden Spradlin, Michael Spradlin Jr., and Madison Renee Spradlin.
A Celebration of Life Ceremony for family and friends will be held on Wednesday March 4, 2015 at 1pm at the City of Refuge Church in Whitley City, KY with Bro. Steve Stephens officiating.
Burial will be in Wilson Cemetery in Winfield, TN at a later date.
