Gladys Marcum Green age 53 of Somerset, KY passed away on Saturday February 28, 2015 at Somerwoods Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
She was born on January 30, 1962 in Somerset, KY to the late Chester and Mary Martha Tarter Marcum.
Gladys was of the Baptist faith.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Chester and Mary Martha Marcum; two brothers, Lloyd Marcum, Leslie Marcum and two sisters, Beverly Toohey and Phyllis Marcum.
Gladys is survived by her husband, Kenneth Green of Somerset, KY. Two sons, Aaron Marcum and Tyler Marcum, both of Walnut Grove, Mississippi; a special step-daughter, Amy Jo Creel of Indiana; two brothers, Wendell Marcum and Darrell Marcum both of Somerset, KY, four sisters, Lois O’Neill and Patty Calloway both of Shepherdsville, KY and Jolene Nevels and Lisa Canada both of Somerset, KY. Also survived by three grandchildren, Cameryn Marcum, Austin B. Marcum and Hunter Marcum.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday March 3, 2015 after 5pm in the Chapel of Southern Oaks Funeral Home.
Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday March 3, 2015 at 6pm in the Chapel of Southern Oaks Funeral Home with Bro. David Muse officiating.
