Elizabeth Decker Vaughn age 56 of Somerset, Ky. passed away on Saturday November 15, 2014 at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital.
She was born on November 10, 1958 in Somerset, Ky. to the late Wendell Dugger and Mary Ann Lowery Decker.
Elizabeth enjoyed deer hunting, being outdoors, fishing and camping.
She is preceded in death by her parents and her first husband, John Thomas Decker. Two brothers, Albert Cook and James Abbott, three sisters, Eliza Nevels, Sally Tina Gibson and Virginia Lee Lowery, a stepson, Ralph Decker, and a stepdaughter, Darlene Smith.
Survived by her husband, Randy Vaughn. A stepson, Thomas (Melissa) Decker of Tateville, Ky. Like her daughter, Carolyn (Darrell) Dowell of Tateville, Ky; two brothers, Lee Edward Cook of Somerset, Ky. and John Rogers Smith of Bend Of the Lakes Shores; two sisters, Katherine King of Somerset, Ky. and Lena May of Burnside, Ky.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday November 18, 2014 after 6pm in the Chapel of Southern Oaks Funeral Home.
Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday November 19, 2014 at 11am in the Chapel of Southern Oaks Funeral Home.
Burial will follow in the Bronston Cemetery.
Southern Oaks Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
