Ronnie Hardwick, age 64 passed away on Friday November 15, 2013 at his residence. Mr. Hardwick was born on October 1, 1949 in Kidder, Kentucky to the late Cecil and Darvel Mitchell Hardwick.

Mr. Hardwick retired from Ford Motor Company in Lorain , Ohio where he worked for 30 years. He was a member and former “Man of the Year” for the South Shore Wildlife Club. He enjoyed woodworking, watching the Kentucky Wildcats, NASCAR, and the Kentucky Derby. He enjoyed making things for his grandchildren, whom he was extremely proud of.

Ronnie leaves behind to cherish his memory, his wife, Laura Hardwick; son, Tony (Stephanie) Hardwick; daughter, Deanna Griffith; brother, Howard Hardwick; sisters, Pearl Gearhart and Regina Baker; grandchildren, Taylor Hardwick, Cally Hardwick, Colton Griffith, and Avarie Griffith.

Mr. Hardwick is preceded in death by his parents, along with his sister, Mary Tucker; brother, Claude Hardwick and infant brother.

There will be a private memorial service held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to Hospice of Lake Cumberland.
