Glen Monroe Winchester age 75 of Jabez, Ky. passed away peacefully with his family and friends by his side.
Glen Monroe Winchester was born on October 12, 1938 in Jabez, Ky. to Logan Winchester and Della Smith Winchester.
Glen is survived by one son, todd Winchester and two grandchildren, Bethany Winchester and Darren Winchester.
Glen is also survived by two brothers, Arnold (Bulah) and Thelba (Pearl) Winchester; three sisters, Wanda (Herbert) McGowan, Helen (Phillip) McClendon and Delcie Foster. Also survived by a host of nephews and nieces.
Glen is preceded in death by his parents, Logan and Della Winchester. A sister, Betty Keith and a brother, Jiles Winchester.
Glen was a member of the Seivers Masonic Lodge # 491, Nancy, Ky. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, gun trading and knives.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday July 30, 2014 after 12 noon in the Chapel of Southern Oaks Funeral Home.
Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday July 30, 2014 at 3pm in the Chapel of Southern Oaks Funeral Home with Bro. Oral Denney officiating.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that dontations be made to the Morrows Chapel Cemetery Fund C/O Milburn Decker.
Southern Oaks Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
