Linda Ann Minter, age 76 of Somerset, Kentucky, passed from this life on Monday, July 13, 2026 at Hospice of Lake Cumberland.
Linda was born on August 9, 1949 in Rockford, Illinois, daughter of the late Charles Robert and Ada May MacReynolds Minter. She was a member of Lake Cumberland Church of the Nazarene and a woman of deep faith and kindness. She had a green thumb and loved plants and flowers and enjoyed her work in the plant and garden section at Lowes. Linda was a friend to everyone and will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by her sons, Robert (Jasmin) Ballard of Los Angeles, CA and Harold (Tracey) Ballard of Somerset; daughter, Valerie Ballard of Somerset; brothers, Denny Minter of WI, and David Minter of TN; grandchildren, Patrick Cody Veitch (Sam) and Aleapafaith (Corey) Jones; and great-grandchildren, James Veitch and Cecellia Veitch.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at her church at a later date.
