Theodore Heath Jr., age 84 of Somerset, Ky. passed away on Thursday June 26, 2014 at his home.
He was born on October 23, 1929 in Somerset, Ky. to the late Theodore Sr. and Audrey Hill Heath.
Theodore was a member of St. Mildred’s Catholic Church. He had worked for International Harvester-Navistar and Sportland Marine in Ft. Wayne, In. After his retirement he worked for G&H Log Homes in Somerset, Ky. He enjoyed boating, the outdoors, snowmobiling, spending time with his grandchildren, family and friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Theodore Sr. and Audrey Heath and one brother, Lloyd Heath.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Martha Heath. Two sons, Daniel L. Heath of Somerset, Ky. and Mark Allen (Marti) Heath of Somerset, Ky. Two daughters, Linda (Frank) Hunt of Ft. Wayne, In. and Rose (Roger) Kimberal of Alaska. Three brothers, James (Ruth) Heath, Larry (Janet) Heath and Bill (Julie) Heath all of Somerset, Ky. Two sisters, Joann Goff of Somerset, Ky. and Betty Goff of Russell Springs, Ky. Also survived by fourteen grandchildren, thirty-three grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Monday June 30, 2014 from 9am until 11am in the Chapel of Southern Oaks Funeral Home.
A Mass Service will be held on Monday June 30, 2014 at 12pm at the St. Mildred’s Catholic Church with Fr. Jeffrey Estacio and Deacon Gerard Weigel officiating.
Burial will follow in the Southern Oaks Cemetery.
