Bryan Young, age 57 of Nancy, Ky. passed away on Friday May 30, 2014 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital.
He was born on January 1, 1957 in Norwich, New York to the late Stanley and Charolett Brochwick Young.
Bryan was a telephone repairman for Triple D Communications and enjoyed poker, hunting, the outdoors and golf.
He is preceded in death by his parents and two sisters, Rose Howe and Judy Tanner.
He is survived by his wife, Teresa Marcum Young, whom he married on June 20, 2009 in Somerset, Ky. Two stepsons, Eric Ritz of Columbus, Oh. and Joshua Ritz of Nancy, Ky. Three brothers, Bob (Mary) Young of New York; Allen (Lori) Young of New York and Keynon (Linda) Young of Blanchester, Oh. Two grandchildren, Maddison Ritz and Kaleb Ritz. Mother-in-law and father-in-law, Mary and Calvin Marcum of Ashland, Ky. Also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and his buddy Cecil Card of Colorado.
Visitation will be held on Friday June 6, 2014 after 6pm in the Chapel of Southern Oaks Funeral Home.
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday June 7, 2014 at 1pm in the Chapel of Southern Oaks Funeral Home.
Burial will be in the Southern Oaks Cemetery.
Southern Oaks Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
