Corey was born on May 31, 1991 to Lester Upchurch and Denise Martin Upchurch in Somerset, Kentucky.
He enjoyed fishing and being outdoors.
Corey was preceded in death by his father, Lester Upchurch, brother Anthony Upchurch and sister Joy Upchurch.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his mother, Denise Upchurch, son Mason Upchurch, daughters: Caitlyn Upchurch and Kelsey Upchurch all of Somerset, Ky; sister Jacqueline Upchurch Wesley (Robert) of Science Hill, Ky; nephews and niece: Anthony Upchurch, Matthew Upchurch and Julia Wesley; along with girlfriend Savannah Rowe of Somerset, Ky.
