Jerry Todd Putteet, age 55 of Somerset, Kentucky, passed from this life on Tuesday, March 18, 2025 at his home.
He was born on December 16, 1969 in Hamilton, Ohio to Jerry Myer Putteet, Jr. and Norma Dean Childers Putteet.
He attended Russell Heights Baptist Church and helped take care of his dad until his passing. He loved sports, especially watching UK, Cincinnati Bengals, FOX News, Nascar, and had a great recollection of remembering sports stats. He loved everyone including his pets, Tank and Dozer.
He was preceded in death by his parents and niece, BriLee Kay Putteet.
He is survived by a brother, Brian Lee Putteet of Somerset; sisters, Kristina P. Smith (Jimmy) of Somerset and Melissa R. Putteet (Jack New) of Somerset; nephew, Matthew Lee Putteet; nieces, Bailey Putteet, Peyton Putteet, Kyndal Putteet, MacKenzie Putteet (Nik Schultz), Lilee Alexander and great-niece, Sadie Mae Schultz.
Visitation will be from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Friday, March 21, 2025 at Oak Hill Baptist Church. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 22, 2025 at Oak Hill Baptist Church with Bro. Alan Fisher and Bro. Jason Conley officiating. Burial will be in Kingtown Cemetery in Strunk, KY.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the Jerry Todd Putteet Memorial Fund, C/O Southern Oaks Funeral Home.

Lost my home and nine dogs a couple yrs ago we all got out by the grace of god ill never be the same I know what your family is going through god works in his ways he called them home although your always fell the pain of loss just know they are with god hang in there Shane ware
I will be praying for the putteet family and I hope that every thing goes good and also I am sorry for your lost and also I know how it feels to lose a family member because I have lost my grandma and my pawpaw a few years back I am still heart broken so I will be praying for your family
