Jonathan Moore Daulton, passed away on October 30, 2024, at the age of 47.
Jonathan was the son of Connie Z. Spoo (John) and Timothy H. Daulton (Tricia). He is survived by his parents and sister, Montie, Step-sisters, Robin, Amanda (Travis), and Candy (Josh), nieces and nephews, Daulton, Clare-Marie, Raegan, Ethan, Hannah, Jack, Jared, Seth, Caleb, Eden, Lexton and Olivia (expected), special nephews Mason and Noah.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Hugh Perry and Marie Daulton, Jack and Clara Zimmerman, aunts, Pamela Daulton and Diane Zimmerman, and brother-in-law, Gregory Ramsey.
Jonathan had many good friends whom he cherished. The standing weekly game nights were very important to him. He enjoyed going to movies, athletic games, playing video games, and watching television. He enjoyed researching community and family history. Spending time with those he loved was important to him. He was an avid reader and a conversationalist that brought joy and excitement when discussing his favorite subjects.
In remembering Jonathan, we celebrate a life driven by curiosity and the love of a good story. “I have been and shall always be your friend.”
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 2, 2024 from 12 to 2pm in the Chapel of the Southern Oaks Funeral Home with a funeral service to begin at 2pm with Bro. Jason Shanks officiating.
