Jenny Lynn Garland, age 43 of Somerset, KY passed away on Sunday January 5, 2014 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital.
She was born on November 7, 1970 in Somerset, KY to Ida Worley Lockard and the late Jackie Lockard.
Jenny was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith. She enjoyed spending time with her children, enjoyed life and the outdoors.
She is preceded in death by her father.
She is survived by her mother, Ida Lockard of Somerset, KY. Her husband, Parker Garland Jr., whom she married on May 1, 2010 in Somerset, Ky. Three sons, Tyler Keith Redmond, Zachary Bryant Garland and Brandon Garland all of Somerset, KY. One daughter, Shelby Lynn Galand of Somerset, KY. Three sisters, Vickie Hembree, Jackie Spradlin and Alice Fairchild all of Somerset, KY. Her mother in law, Francies Garland of Somerset, KY. Also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and a favorite aunt, Claudia and Brian Watson of Burnside, KY.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday January 8, 2014 after 6pm in the Chapel of Southern Oaks Funeral Home.
Funeral Services will be held on Thursday January 9, 2014 at 2pm in the Chapel of Southern Oaks Funeral Home with Bro. Jeff Lockard and Bro. Troy Merrick officiating.
Burial will follow in the Bronston Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Tyler Redmond, Michael Fairchild, Ronald Hembree, Donald Hembree, Ronnie Garland, Brandon Garland, Donnie Garland and Zachary Garland.
