Irene Marie Dagley, age 83 of Somerset, KY passed away Sunday November 10, 2013 at the Golden Years Nursing Home in Wayne Co. KY
She was born on September 27, 1930 in the Ringgold Community to the late George Thomas and Sylvia McLin Stringer.
She was former Co-Owner and Operator of Dagley Market in Somerset, Ky and enjoyed flowers and yard work.
She is preceded in death by her parents. Her husband, Delbert Dagley, to whom she was married to for over 56 years. A brother, Goldie Stringer, three sisters, Jenniav Girdler, Ann Thompson and her husband Wendell and Faye Lester and her husband Henry.
She is survived by her sister in law, Susie Kaye Stringer of Somerset, Ky and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held Wednesday November 13, 2013 after 11am in the Chapel of Southern Oaks Funeral Home.
Funeral Services will be held Wednesday November 13, 2013 at 1pm in the Chapel of Southern Oaks Funeral Home with Bro. Keith McKim officiating.
Burial will follow in the Lakeside Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the Ringgold Cemetery Fund. Southern Oaks Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
