Dianna J. Young, age 64 of the Bronston Community passed away Sunday October 20, 2013 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital.
She was born on August 26, 1949 in Somerset, KY to Earl Randolph and Audrey Wesley Gibson.
Dianna was of the Baptist faith and an artist. She enjoyed her children, grandchildren, painting pictures and flower gardening.
She is survived by her mother. Her husband, Paul “Ervin” Young, whom she married on October 4, 1982 in Scott Co. TN. Three sons, Brian (Jackie) Vaught of Somerset, KY., James Young of Bronston, KY. and Jason Young of Somerset, KY. One daughter, April Kutey of Mishwaka, IN. One brother, Bro. William Lester (Clara) Randolph of Bethelridge, KY. One aunt, Geraldine (Othel) Dick of Science Hill, KY. Two uncles, James Curtis (MaryAnn) Wesley of Bethelridge, KY. and Eulise (Sue) Wesley of Bethelridge, KY. One step-brother, Tim (Anna) Grisby of Science Hill, KY. Eight grandchildren, Zachary Vaught, John Paul Vaught, Faith Vaught, Graham Vaught, Sarah Young, Cameron Young, Jacob Young and Bethany Young.
She is preceded in death by her father and one brother, Montey Ray Randolph.
Visitation will be held Tuesday October 22, 2013 after 6pm in the Remembrance Chapel of Southern Oaks Funeral Home.
Funeral Services will be held Wednesday October 23, 2013 at 1pm in the Remembrance Chapel of Southern Oaks Funeral Home with Bro. Jason Young and Bro. Lester Randolph officiating.
Burial will follow in the Lizzard Lope Cemetery.
Southern Oaks Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
