Carolyn Dalton Age 55 of Somerset, Ky. passed away July 11, 2013 at her home.
She was born November 16, 1957 in the White Lily Community to the late Edward and Edith Sue Ridner Phelps.
She attended the Cumberland Missionary Baptist Church. She loved the beach, caring for others and loved her family.
She is survived by her son, Travis Dalton of Somerset, Ky. Her loving sister and caregiver, Connie (and Larry) Saylor of Somerset, Ky. A grandson, Trevor Dalton. Aunts, Brenda Linville, Vickie Jones, Mary Saylers, Betty Harper, Nancy Jones and Linda Reed. Uncles, Ken Ridner, Bro. Coy Ridner and Clint Ridner. Nieces, Missy (and Keith) Goetz, Keilynn Goetz, Asia Routt, Taylor Hatte and special niece and caregiver, Brittany Saylor, all of Somerset, Ky. Nephews, Hunter Saylor, Jimmy Saylor and Keaton Goetz, all of Somerset, Ky. Half-brothers, Billy Thompson, Stanley Thompson and Danny Thompson all of Somerset, Ky. Also survived by several cousins.
She is preceded in death by her parents. A brother, Jimmy Phelps. An Aunt, Marlene Pyles and uncles, Sonny Ridner and Denny Ridner.
Visitation will be held Saturday, July 13 2013 after 11am in Chapel A of Southern Oaks Funeral Home.
Funeral Services will be held Saturday at 2pm in Chapel A of Southern Oaks Funeral Home with Bro. Raymond Ridner officiating.
Burial will be in the White Lily Cemetery.
