Earl David New Age 81 of Bronston, Ky. passed away Friday June 28, 2013 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital.
He was born December 29, 1931 in Poynter, Ky. to the late Edward and Cloa Hughes New.
He was of the Baptist faith, a retired mechanic and enjoyed fishing.
He is survived by two sons, David (Sandy) New of Indianapolis, IN. and Danny New of Shelbyville, In. His companion and caregiver, Phyllis Dishman of Bronston, Ky. A brother, Bud New of Indiana and 2 sisters, Edith (Jr.) McGraw of Shelbyville, In. and Dorothy (Sherman) Falgost of Louisiana. Also survived by 8 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents, a daughter, Teresa New and sister, Lola Smith.
Graveside services will be Tuesday July 2, 2013 at 1:30pm in the Mill Springs National Obituary with full Military Honors provided by the American Legion Post #38 Honor Guards.
