Daniel Roy West, Age 41 of Eubank, Ky. (formerly of Monroe County, TN) passed away Wednesday May 22, 2013 at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital.
He was born February 14, 1972 in Sweetwater, Tn. to Carl Roy West and Mary Sue Self West.
He is survived by his mother, Mary Sue West of Vonore, Tn., his loving wife Pauline Reed West of Eubank, Ky., daughters, Sarah West of Cleveland, Tn., and Tia West of Vonore, Tn. brother, Mark West of Vonore, Tn., stepson, Allen Reed of Maryville, Tn., stepdaughter, Heather Reed of Eubank, Ky. Special friends, Starr and Dan of Adair Co. Ky., and Steven DeLong of Eubank, Ky. His grandchildren, Grace Reed and Allen Paul Reed.
He is preceded in death by his father, Carl West and his brother, Matthew West.
A Memorial Service will be Tuesday, May 28, 2013 at 6pm at the Eubank Baptist Church in Eubank, Ky. with Pastor Shelby Reynolds officiating.
