Bobby Joe Ballou, age 46 of Burnside passed away on May 9, 2013 at his residence. He was born on June 29, 1966 in Somerset to Kenneth “Joe” Ballou and Magdalena Haynes. Bobby enjoyed spending time with his family and grandchildren. He also enjoyed attending Somernites Cruise.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory his parents, along with his daughters, Heather New and Bobbie Sue Ballou; step daughter, Becky Vaughn; grandchildren, Madison Ballou, Abbie Ballou, and Chandler New; brothers, Danny (Melinda) Ballou and Jeff (Christie) Ballou; sister, Linda (Jimmy) Hall.
Visitation for Mr. Ballou will be Sunday May 12, 2013 at 11 A.M. in the Chapel of Southern Oaks Funeral Home. Funeral Services will follow at 2 P.M. with Bro. Harlan Ogle and Bro. Ron Shaw officiating. Interment will follow in the Ballou Cemetery.
