Diane Nicely, age 63, of the Oak Hill Community passed away on Thursday January 10, 2013. Ms. Nicely was born in the Dahl community on June 22, 1949 to the Floyd Nicely and Mary Irene Taylor. Diane Attended the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses.
Ms. Nicely leaves behind to cherish her memory her sister, Pamela Nicely (James) Wilson of Somerset; brothers, Hollis Nicely of the Dahl Community and Wilbert (Vivian) Nicely of the Dahl Community; nephew, Jamie (Lorie) Wilson; Lora (Dan) Smith of O’Fallen, Illinois; Amy (Brian) Hoard of Versailles, Kentucky; Robin (Tony) Johnson of Somerset, Tracy (Steve) McCowan of Somerset, Janel (Mitch) Joseph Lexington, Kentucky, and Abigail (Brent) Simpson of Louisville; special friend, Christine Hail of Somerset.
Diane had many special friends from the Dahl neighborhood and at the Kingdom Hall. She gathered even more at her cherished day program from where she hardly missed a day especially Randall Brock.
Visitation services will be held Sunday January 13, 2013 at 1 P.M. followed by a celebration of life services at 3 P.M. with Ken Shmidheiser officiating.
In lieu of flowers expressions of sympathy may be sent to the Dyer Cemetery fund C/O Wilbert Nicely.
