Martha Krey, Age 78, of Somerset passed away Thursday, November 1, 2012 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital. She was born August 29, 1934 in Fairmont, Indiana to the late Martin and Frances Dunning.
She was a member of the Redeemer Lutheran Church. She enjoyed going to the Flea Market, reading and taking naps by the lake and her dog, Luke.
Martha leaves to mourn her passing, her husband, Gerald A. Krey, whom she married October 13, 1974 in Ohio; a son, Dale Krey, of Ohio; two daughters, Linda (and Dave) Brode and Beverly Scott, all of Ohio; two step daughters, Gail Wood, of Michigan, Barbara (and George) Brown, of Michigan; and Karen Eades, of Ohio; along with numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She was preceeded in death by her parents; son, Jimmy Krey; and daughter, Denise Krey.
Visitation will be after 1pm, Sunday, November 4, 2012. Funeral service will be conducted at 5 pm, Sunday November 4th, 2012 at the Chapel of Southern Oaks Funeral Home with Bro. Jim Murkel officiating. Graveside services will be on Tuesday, November 6, 2012 at 1pm, at Woodmere Cemetery in Detroit, Michigan.
