Lorinda C Calhoun, age 53, of Somerset passed away on Saturday October 27, 2012 in a motor vehicle incident. Mrs. Calhoun was born on September 28, 1959 in Newport, Kentucky to the late Wayne and Christine Phrelkeld Calhoun. She was former employee of General Electric of Cincinnati, Ohio. She was of the Christian faith and enjoyed family, playing bingo and watching scary movies.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her sons, Jesse Calhoun of Somerset, and Jonathon (Kasi) Calhoun of Eubank; brother, Edward Phrelkeld of Pelo, Indiana; sister, Sheila Calhoun of Bronston; grandchild, Bresley Calhoun; nieces, Christina Wilson and Charmaine Calhoun; great nephew, Elijah Emerson, Alex Wilson, and Izak Wilson.
She is preceded in death by her parents.
Visitation will be Tuesday, October 30, 2012 at 11 A.M. in the Chapel of Southern Oaks Funeral. Funeral services will follow at 1 P.M. with Bro. Chris Brown officiating. Interment will be in the Double Springs Cemetery.
