Dianna Lynn Hyden Cox, 52, of Somerset, Kentucky, passed away Saturday, June 01, 2012, at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital. She was born on August 26, 1959, in the Hyden Ridge community to the late Charles Hyden and Lucille Farmer Hyden.
Mrs. Cox leaves behind two daughters, Brandie Calder of Somerset and Angie (Russell) Creech of Hyden Ridge. Her Fiancée Terry Shrout, two brothers, Wendell (Lynn) Hyden of Bronston, Bruce (Carmen) Hyden of Hyden Ridge and a sister June (Charles) Sears of Somerset. Mrs. Cox is also survived by her uncle Onva (Janice) Farmer of Ferguson, her eight grandchildren Austin, Jeremiah, Jayden, Dominic, Christian, Jared, Summer, Autumn, and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Mrs. Cox was preceded in death by her husband Dale Cox whom she married on Dec 08, 1980 in Oneida Tennessee and her parents.
Mrs. Cox was a member of the Goodwater Church of God. She enjoyed watching a good movie along with spending time with her family and grandchildren.
The family will receive friends at Southern Oaks Funeral Home on Monday, June 04, 2012 at 6:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. at the Chapel of Southern Oaks Funeral Home on Tuesday June 05, 2012 with Bro. Dalous Sears officiating. Burial will be follow in the Goodwater Cemetery.
