Richard “Rich” Allen Webb age 59, of Burnside, Kentucky, passed from this life on Tuesday, September 9, 2025.
Rich was born on November 3, 1965 to Bob Webb and Peggy Donato Kelley in Bridgeport, Connecticut.
He was of the Catholic faith. He enjoyed fishing, hiking, and spending time with family, especially his children and grandchildren.
Rich was preceded in death by his sister Robin Webb, stepfather Bill Kelley, and his mother-in- law Gloria Mounce Woodall.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his wife Angela “Angel” Woodall Webb, his parents Bobb Webb and Peggy Kelley, daughters: Cierra (Brandon) Bowling of Nancy, Ky and McKayla Gibson of Burnside, Ky; father-in-law Phillip Woodall of Somerset, Ky; brothers: Robert Webb (David Loomis) of Zephyrhills, FL and Ronald Webb (Carol) of CT, sisters-in-law Lora Wolsey (Vince) of Somerset, Ky and Jennifer Miller (Scottie) of Mt. Vernon, Ky; grandchildren: Erin, Jakob, Brandon, Trenton, Tucker, and Freya.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 16, 2025 from 5pm-7pm in the Chapel of the Southern Oaks Funeral Home with a Celebration of Life service to begin at 7pm. With Bro. Ron Shaw officiating.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Somerset-Pulaski Rescue Squad. Southern Oaks Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements for Richard “Rich” Allen Webb.
