Cathy A. Williamson age 70, of Barbourville, Kentucky, passed from this life on Saturday, August 30, 2025 at Albert B. Chandler Hospital in Lexington, Kentucky.
Cathy was born on April 22, 1955 to the late Leonard Williamson and Vivian Burdine Williamson in Batavia, Ohio.
She was a member of Canaan Baptist Church. She was a beloved mother and grandmother, she loved serving the Lord, listening to and singing gospel music, and was a breast cancer survivor.
Cathy was preceded in death by her parents, Leonard and Vivian Williamson, her brother Rick Williamson and son-in-law Johnny Terry.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her son Jamie Lynn Bray (Mary), daughter Amber Dawn Terry, grandchildren Shelby Terry and ShyAnna Terry; along with a host of family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 3, 2025 from 5pm-8pm in the Chapel of the Southern Oaks Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 4, 2025 at 10am at the funeral home with Bro. Rick Lawson officiating. Burial will follow in Southern Oaks Cemetery.
