Rosie May Piercy, age 51 of Somerset, Kentucky, passed from this life on Friday, February 28, 2025 at UK Medical Center.
She was born on April 21, 1973 in Somerset, Kentucky, daughter of the late Dan and Wanda Maxey Rowe.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Danny Rowe; father-in-law, Jep Piercy and mother-in-law, Mary Penticuff Piercy.
She is survived by her husband, Wayne Piercy; daughter, Natasha Wooley (Justin Dykes) of Somerset; brother, Randolph Rowe of Somerset; sister, Mary (Jamey) Deaton of Somerset; brother-in-law, Kenneth Piercy of Lexington, a grandson, Keaton Wooley; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Visitation will begin at 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 5, 2025 in the Chapel of Southern Oaks Funeral Home with funeral services to be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home with Bro. Sean Marcum officiating. Burial will be in Southern Oaks Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the Rosie Piercy Memorial Fund C/O Southern Oaks Funeral Home.
