Thomas “Snook” Sexton, Jr.
June 4th, 1942- February 25th, 2025
Thomas Sexton, Jr. age 82, of Somerset KY passed away on Tuesday, February 25th, 2025, at the Liberty Care and Rehabilitation Center in Liberty KY.
He was born in Monticello KY on June 4th, 1942, he is the son of the late Thomas and Christine Crouch Sexton. He was a retired service manager for Ryder Truck Rental. Was a member of Duke Memorial Baptist Church.
He is survived by a son Brian (Sandy) Sexton of Somerset; One brother Rick Sexton of Somerset; Five sisters, Judy Tanner of Somerset, Carol Caldwell of Somerset Brenda Wright Stevens of Science Hill, Vicky Cody of Somerset, and Vonda Dawes of Science Hill; 2 grandchildren Brittany French, and Brooke Walters, Four great grandchildren Ellie, Brynlee, Everleigh, and Lennon, Several nieces and nephews; great nieces and great nephews; and great-great nieces and nephews. And longtime girlfriend Brenda Ross of Somerset.
He was preceded in death by his parents Thomas and Christine Crouch Sexton and a sister Betty Jean Campbell.
Visitation will be after 12:00 o’clock on Thursday February 27th, 2025 at Southern Oaks Funeral Home. Funeral Services will begin at 2 PM in the Chapel of Southern Oaks Funeral Home with Bro. Rick Sexton officiating.
The family requests expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the Dementia Society of America.
