April Tucker, age 50, of Monticello, Kentucky, passed from this life on Wednesday, February 19, 2025 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital.
April was born on June 7, 1974 to the late Donald Little and Dianne Hunt Bates in Prestonsburg, Kentucky.
She was of the Christian faith and a talented, beautiful singer. She enjoyed watching westerns and going out with friends and family. Most of all she cherished her grandkids and her family.
April was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Dennis Little. She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her love of her life, Kendall Tucker, sons: Michael Gilreath (Sarah) of McCreary County, Ky; Zachary Tucker (Megan) of Somerset, Ky; Dylan Gilreath of McCreary County, Ky; and William Tucker of Campbellsville, Ky; daughters: Kendra Rowe and Traci Tucker both of Somerset, Ky; grandchildren: Anakin Casey, Jycen Casey, Oliver Gilreath, Neveah Thomas, Jameson Tucker, Carson Tucker, Harley Tucker and Audrey Martin; along with special friend, Jennifer Casey. She will be beyond missed by all that knew and loved her.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 25, 2025 from 3pm-5pm in the Chapel of the Southern Oaks Funeral Home with a funeral service to begin at 5pm with Bro. Brian Sawyers officiating. Southern Oaks Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements for April Tucker.
